Terms of Service

By using GoodMaith (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GoodMaith is an AI math tutor with a live geometry board. Chat requires an account. The graphing workbench is open without an account.

Tutor chat is included to start. You may subscribe to Pro for more of the tutor and to use your own AI; payments are processed by Stripe. If you use your own AI, that connection stays in this browser and goes only with the chats you send to it. Cancel anytime in billing. Billing questions: hello@goodmaith.com.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for the problems, text, and images you send, and for having the rights to use them. Do not use the Service for unlawful content, harassment, or to infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Tutor replies and live constructions can be wrong or incomplete. Check the work yourself. GoodMaith is not a substitute for a teacher, exam board, or professional advice.

How we handle accounts, chats, and the board is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodMaith and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
